這款酒融合了Semillon特有的檸檬香及稻香和Chardonnay的果味融合地十分美妙，平衡感很好; 二者的結合，使這款酒有檸檬、核果、香草及奶油味，很清新、順口、好喝。很適合拿來配台菜、海鮮料理。Premium parcels of local fruit were picked at peak flavour ripeness showing

DB Traminer Riesling 09'
混合了Traminer 及 Riesling二種葡萄，所以口感也是極富變化。 Traminer又名Savagnin，本身是果香强烈的葡萄品種帶有核果的香味，結合了Riesling的甜美，這款酒有玫瑰花香、柑橘、荔枝等白色水果味。酸甜中和，很適合拿來搭口味清淡的日本料理。
Premium parcels of local Traminer fruit were selected for their varietal expression and flavour concentration. Riesling fruit showed great depth of flavour and natural acidity on the vine, giving backbone to the final blend. All parcels fermented cool in 100% Stainless Steel to retain aromatics and primary fruit characters.
